Aaron,
Video is a great idea. Thank you for your dedication.
G’day Aaron.
Video is nice, and I think it is worth experimenting with. I like the way you answer the phone yourself and I can talk to the top, and now it’s good to have a face to connect with the name and voice. However, in this instance, I could have read the content in less time than it took to watch the video. For further video communications, I offer two suggestions: be selective in the topics you present this way, topics that will genuinely benefit from the video format; and tighten up the presentation so that it flows smoothly and makes good use of the time.
Cheers, Peter
Hi Aaron,
After all the trouble I had over a year ago transferring to your server from my previous server (previous servers not wanting to let go of me), this year they had the hide to send me an invoice in the mail. You know where I filed that… Now the same server (Australian company by the way) is not only illegally charging my other clients their credit cards for things they should not be but are also causing the same problems of trying to get away from them. If only there were more laws to protect people from these “sharks”.
Thank you Aaron for your assistance & patience in helping me transfer my clients across to you.
Cheers
Susan
Hi Aaron,
Great video and a great warning, which unfortunately came 5 minutes too late (literally!) for one of my clients … yes, DROA is sending out very real looking invoices, BEWARE everybody! This resulted in a fraudulent payment, and the site being off-line for several days as the reason was worked out. As usual we got great help from you Aaron, very prompt responses and advice. Keep up the good work!
Cheers.
Judy
Follow Up from July 13 post: After some (polite) communications with DROA, my client actually received a refund! So the moral of the story … never give up, dodgy marketing and unwitting payment does not always mean all is lost.
Cheers.
Judy
Hi Judy, thanks for reporting back your findings. A good result for you and your client. Aaron
